You are a member of DNA if you live in the Downtown Neighborhoods. You do not need to do anything. But we hope you do something!

The Downtown Neighborhood is an area bounded by 

  • Mountain Road on the north, 
  • Central Avenue on the south,
  • 4th Street on the east,
  • 19th Street on the west.

  2. Participation in the Dog Parade, either by watching the cute pups parade around Mary Fox Park to bagpipes or by parading with your pooch.
