Membership in the Downtown Neighborhoods Association is free, but you’re welcome to donate to the DNA to help support its activities. All funds received go to enhancing downtown Albuquerque.
In addition to a direct donation, you can also contribute to the DNA by purchasing one of two books about the downtown area.
- Compiled by the DNA Board, The DNA History Project 2018 tells the story of a select number of houses and their owners. It’s a delightful introduction to the architecture, history, and residents of the downtown.
- McClellan Park: The Life and Death of an Urban Green Space, by Jeffrey Sanders, is the story of the park that was demolished to make room for the Pete Domenici courthouse.
